6. There must be at least 1m horizontal distance between the heat exchanger and the heat exchanger, and the heat exchanger and other equipment. When the position is restricted, the distance should not be less than 0.6m.

7. When the horizontal heat exchanger is arranged, it should be avoided that the center of the heat exchanger is facing the center line of the pipe rack or frame column, so as to facilitate the dirt cleaning of the heat exchanger tube and the replacement of a single tube. The arrangement of heat exchangers in groups on both sides of the pipe gallery requires that the distance between the heads of all heat exchangers and the pipe gallery columns be almost the same.

8. The installation height of the horizontal heat exchanger should ensure that the point clearance at the bottom of the connecting pipe is not less than 150mm.

9. If there is a small exhaust valve in the liquid phase on the top of the vertical heat exchanger, the operator should be able to approach it. If it is not suitable to approach, a straight ladder should be installed.

10. When the vertical floating head heat exchanger is arranged on the frame platform, there should be a space for drawing the tube bundle above it.

11. The heat exchanger located near the vertical equipment should have a 1m passage in between.

12. The arrangement of vertical heat exchanger and tail gas condenser can refer to the arrangement of the container.

13. For heat exchangers with thermal insulation, the relative spacing position should refer to the net spacing of the shell after thermal insulation.

14. When the medium of the heat exchanger is gas and condensate is generated during operation, the outlet pipe of the heat exchanger should generally be a bagless pipe, and the condensate should flow into the receiving tank by itself. At this time, the standard of the heat exchanger is higher than that of the receiving tank, and the equipment should be checked when arranging it.

15. The layout height of the heat exchanger should meet the requirements of process piping, and leave room appropriately.
