1. Preparation before driving:

Use nitrogen (compressed air) to test for leaks, check whether the inlet and outlet valves on the pot have internal leakage, whether there are leaks in the relevant dynamic and static sealing points, and use a direct vent valve to release the pressure to see if the pressure can be released quickly;
2. Requirements when driving:
a. Feed the materials according to the process operation rules and start the mixing operation;
b. The reactor must strictly implement the process operation procedures during operation, and it is strictly prohibited to operate over temperature, over pressure, and overload; where abnormal conditions such as over temperature, over pressure, and overload occur, immediately take corresponding measures according to the process regulations. It is forbidden to react beyond the prescribed liquid level in the pot;
c. Strictly add (feed) materials in accordance with the material ratio specified by the process, and control the feeding and heating speed in a balanced manner to prevent the violent reaction in the kettle due to incorrect proportioning or excessive feeding (feeding) of materials, resulting in over-temperature and over-pressure , Overload and other abnormal conditions, which cause equipment safety accidents.
d. When the equipment heats up or cools down, the operation must be stable to avoid sudden superposition of temperature stress and pressure stress, which may cause deformation or damage to the equipment;
e. Strictly implement the shift management system, include the operation and integrity of the equipment in the shift shift, and prevent abnormal situations and equipment accidents due to unclear shifts.
3. Requirements when parking:
After processing the materials in the reactor according to the process operation regulations, stop stirring, and check, clean or purge the related pipelines and equipment, and prepare for the next cycle operation after confirming the qualification according to the process operation regulations.

2. Daily inspection and maintenance:
1. Listen to whether the sound of the reducer and motor is normal, and touch the driving temperature of the reducer, motor, frame bearing and other parts: general temperature ≤ 40 ℃, zui temperature ≤ 60 ℃ (the back of the hand can stay on for more than 8 seconds is normal ).
2. Frequently check whether the reducer has oil leakage, whether the shaft seal is intact, see whether the oil pump is oiled, check the oil level and oil quality changes in the reducer, whether there is oil shortage in the oil box of the machine seal of the kettle, add it if necessary Or more corresponding oil;
3. Check whether safety devices such as safety valves, explosion-proof membranes, pressure gauges, thermometers are accurate, sensitive and easy to use, whether safety valves and pressure gauges have been checked and sealed, whether the red line of the pressure gauge is correctly drawn, and whether the explosion-proof membrane is leaking ;
4. Always listen to whether there are abnormal vibrations and noises in the reactor;
5. Keep the mixing shaft clean and visible. For the shaft connected with the round nut, check whether the rotation direction of the mixing shaft rotates in a clockwise direction, and it is strictly forbidden to reverse;
6. Regularly enter the pot to check the conditions of the accessories in the pot such as the stirring and the snake tube, and tighten the loose bolts, and replace the relevant parts if necessary;
7. Check whether all the inlet and outlet valves of the reactor are intact and available. If there is any problem, it must be dealt with in time;
8. Check whether there are any loose bolts on the flange and base of the reactor, and whether the safety guard is intact and reliable;
9. Check whether the reactor body is cracked, deformed, bulged, perforated, corroded, leaked, etc., whether the heat preservation, paint, etc. are intact, whether there is peeling, scorching;
10. Do a good job of equipment sanitation, ensure that there is no oil pollution, and the equipment is in its original color;
